They are urgently hiring for a Construction Estimator!
The ideal Estimator candidate has at least seven years of experience in commercial construction estimating, particularly in concrete, and has a proven track record of organizing estimating teams and estimating work according to established procedures. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication and project management skills, and is comfortable working on a variety of diverse projects.
Qualifications for the Construction Estimator include:
-Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction estimating
-Proven experience in project management
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Proficient in CAD and estimating software
-Ability to work on projects up to $15 million
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!
The salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Our client also offers health insurance, paid time off, and bonuses. They provide flexible work schedules, including work-from-home days on Fridays. Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 will be considered for qualified candidates!
