We are seeking growth-minded HVAC Service Technicians to join a growing team! Our client is a rapidly expanding HVAC service provider, specializing in commercial facilities across the nation. Founded in 2018, the company has quickly grown from a fleet of just 5 trucks to over 125, covering a service region of 9 states! The ideal HVAC Technician candidate will have experience in dealing with commercial HVAC systems, with particular knowledge in chillers, centrifugal, geothermal, boilers, and pumps. Additionally, they should be capable of working independently, exhibit good communication and problem-solving skills, and be willing to work on-call for one week every 5th week. They must be a US citizen, pass a criminal background check, drug test, and motor vehicle check.

Qualifications for the HVAC Technician position:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC systems
-Proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC systems
-Experience with chillers, centrifugal, geothermal, boilers, and pumps
-Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record
-Must be able to work on-call for one week every 5th week
-Excellent communication and customer service skills

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a competitive hourly rate of $35-$50 an hour, depending on experience, with an overtime rate of 1.5 after 40 hours in a week. They provide a company truck, gas card, expense card, phone, and specialty tools.

They also offer an attractive benefits package, including health insurance (100% for employee only after 30 days), 401k with a 50% match up to 5%, bonus potential, and PTO. This is a non-union role.
