The ideal Civil Engineering Supervisor candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a Master's degree in a related field preferred. Additionally, they should possess at least seven years of progressively responsible engineering experience, as well as a valid driver's license and Professional Engineer License.

Qualifications for the Civil Engineering Supervisor include:

-Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's degree in a related field preferred.
-Seven (7) years of progressively responsible engineering experience.
-Valid driver's license.
-Professional Engineer License.
-Demonstrated knowledge of engineering principles, concepts, and techniques relevant to the area of assignment
-Proficient in effective techniques of supervision
-Ability to perform technically sound engineering and related studies and formulate appropriate recommendations
-Capable of interpreting and applying applicable ordinances, rules, and regulations
-Skilled in developing and managing a functional or project budget
-Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
-Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers

Salary Range and Benefits: Our client is offering an annual salary of $83,276.15, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
