The ideal Structural Engineer candidate for this position is PE-licensed with at least 3 years of experience in creating and stamping drawings, proficient in property reports, and has a solid background in wall systems, stairs, and repairs. They must be able to perform inspections, travel locally, and have excellent communication and people skills. The candidate must be flexible in their work schedule, as they will need to go into the field and deal with people.

Qualifications for the Structural Engineer role include:

-Must be a PE-certified Structural Engineer
-At least 3 years of experience in creating and stamping drawings
-Proficient in property reports
-Solid background in wall systems, stairs, and fixing them
-Ability to perform inspections and travel locally
-Excellent communication and people skills
-Must be flexible in their work schedule
-Good character and ability to work independently

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000, with the potential for up to $130,000 based on experience and qualifications.

Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package is on offer that includes bonuses, a 401k with a 3% employer contribution, medical coverage, and PTO.  You will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid schedule and will not be required to work overnight or use any software as the company will provide one for you!
