We have an exciting and immediate opportunity for a senior-level Construction Project Manager to join a boutique real estate development firm that specializes in beautiful multifamily residential structures!  This firm is committed to excellence and is dedicated to delivering high-quality projects to their clients on time and on budget. The ideal Construction Project Manager candidate should have experience in managing multifamily projects at least five stories tall. While preference will be given to those with multifamily experience, candidates with similar experience in other areas of construction will also be considered. You must be willing to work in the Newark and Philadelphia areas and should have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager position include:

-A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management
-Experience managing multifamily projects with at least 5 stories
-Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
-Experience working with Procore or similar project management software
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Ability to lead and motivate a team

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a great salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 for this position, with potential for bonuses upon project completion!

Benefits are open to discussion, and PTO is negotiable, commensurate with experience.
