They are urgently seeking an Architectural Job Captain who is growth-minded and is looking to transition into leadership roles. Qualified candidates for this position could see themselves moving into Project Management roles quickly, so this is the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to establish themselves and become a leader in the field!

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5-7 years of Revit drafting experience to join our team. The ideal Job Captain candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field, and be proficient in Autodesk Revit and other architectural software. They should possess strong organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have experience working on mixed-use, commercial, or multifamily residential projects. Candidates with a California Architectural License or actively pursuing licensure are preferred.

Qualifications for the Architectural Job Captain include:

-Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural production and project coordination
-Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other architectural software
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Experience working on mixed-use, commercial, or multifamily residential projects is a plus
-California Architectural License or actively pursuing licensure is a plus

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary for this position is in the range of $85,000-$110,000, commensurate with background and experience. Our client also offers medical and PTO benefits, as well as holidays and negotiable vacation time.
