This is a full-service construction advisory firm with over 100 employees across nine offices, and an abundance of incoming work their pipeline. As a federal contractor, they work with ACE on national projects and also do state and local government work. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for developing and executing plans, schedules, and budgets for complex, large-scale construction programs. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience and excellent soft skills in both written and oral communication, as well as experience with master planning, programming, design, estimating, scheduling, and developing large, complex facilities. We are looking for someone who can thrive in politically challenging public projects and has experience working on state and local government projects.
 

Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager role include:

-Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, planning, or related field required
-4-8 years of experience in master planning, programming, and developing and delivering large, complex facilities and large capital projects
-Technical knowledge of building systems and process
-Construction management experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Additional Skills: Design Skills, Site Development, Negotiation, Client Relationships, Project Management, Drafting, CAD, Conceptual Skills, Supervision, Innovation
-Special Software Needs (e.g. P6, Timberline, MII, etc.): Microsoft Project and Publisher a plus.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a salary of $90,000 to $125,000, with eligibility for their profit-sharing program, and a comprehensive benefits package. Relocation will be offered to qualified candidates with an allowance of $5,000 to $8,000 in reimbursement.
