The ideal HVAC Service Technician candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC service, with expertise in chillers, boilers, and RTUs. The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and a thorough understanding of HVAC functions, installation, and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills and leadership qualities are a must, as the candidate will be required to work collaboratively with clients, co-workers, and project managers.
 

Qualifications for the HVAC Technician position include:

-5+ years of Commercial and/or Industrial HVAC Service Technician Experience

- High School Diploma or greater

- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record • Strong skillset in commercial/industrial HVAC products, installation, and troubleshooting

- Thorough understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design

- Great communication skills with clients, coworkers, and project managers

- Strong leadership skills and work ethic • Strong analytical and logic skills

- Ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

- EPA Certification preferred but not required

- OSHA 30 Certification preferred but not required

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $45.00 per hour, depending on experience.

This company also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes union benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Pension, PTO, and a 401K savings plan. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with numerous opportunities for overtime. You will be able to take the company vehicle home, and dispatch is also electronic, so there is no need to report to the office!

Candidates who are part of the Local 638 Union would be great, and the company is also willing to consider candidates who are not part of any union, and will assist with obtaining membership.
