The ideal candidate for the Project Manager/Owner's Representative  position should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in architecture, project/construction management or a related field, along with five years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in design, construction administration, and pre-construction.  Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent team and project leadership skills, organizational and project management skills, strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, and an understanding of real estate, finance, and accounting principles.

Qualifications for the Project Manager/Owner's Representative include:

-Bachelor's degree in architecture, project/construction management, or related field
-Minimum of five years managing multiple projects simultaneously in design, construction administration, and pre-construction
-Higher education industry experience is a plus
-Licensed architect is highly preferred
-Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent team and project leadership skills
-Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Excellent group facilitation and presentation skills
-Excellent organizational and project management skills
-Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
-Understanding of real estate, finance, and accounting principles
-Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and ethical business practices
-Proven adaptability, flexibility, and creativity
-Demonstrated ability to thrive within a team structure
-Aptitude and desire for mentoring and training team members
-Demonstrated sensitivity, knowledge, and understanding of individuals from diverse backgrounds.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

This opportunity comes with a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This role is hybrid/remote, with site attendance required only 2 days per week!
