Our client is seeking an Entry Level Land Surveyor to join their Civil Division in Los Angeles. The ideal Land Surveyor candidate for this position is a recent graduate with a High School/GED degree and some experience in the Survey discipline. While a few years in Land Surveying is preferable, out client has open candidacy for this role to applicants with minimal experience who can prove themselves to be go-getters and professionally growth minded! You should have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be a quick thinker. Additionally, the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well in a team.

Qualifications for the Land Surveyor include:

-High School/GED degree
-0-3 years of experience in Survey discipline
-Knowledge of survey computations, construction staking, and easement calculations
-Ability to create Legal Descriptions for property and easements
-Experience with drafting maps
-Familiarity with deed, map, and other research
-Excellent communication skills
-Detail-oriented and able to multitask
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Must be a quick thinker and able to work well in a team

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary range for this position is $50,000-$90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
