We have an immediate need for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join a team with four decades of expertise and a reputation for excellence in the field. This role will give the right candidate the opportunity to break new ground with this firm and help them expand into the ground-up multifamily market, and all projects will be local, requiring very little travel. The ideal Construction Project Manager candidate for this role is a seasoned PM with experience in ground-up multifamily projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering existing relationships and developing new business while overseeing two other PMs working on renovation projects. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have strong PM/Budgeting/Scheduling software experience, be able to manage in-house trades and subcontractors, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager include:

-Proven experience in ground-up multifamily projects
-Experience with project management software, budgeting, and scheduling
-Ability to manage in-house trades and subcontractors
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Strong problem-solving skills
-A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 commensurate with experience, and a bonus structure that rewards success. They also offer a company take-home truck and gas card, a laptop, and a flexible schedule between job sites and the office.
