The ideal Construction Project Manager candidate for this position will have at least 5-10 years of General Contracting Project Management experience in the commercial construction industry. They should have knowledge of the construction process, including specifications and field labor, as well as experience with project management principles, scheduling, and estimating. The ideal candidate should also have strong communication and leadership skills, and be able to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager include:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred)

- 5-10 years of General Contracting Project Management experience in the commercial construction industry (required)

- Knowledge of construction process and specifications

- Experience with project management principles, scheduling, and estimating

- Strong communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $80,000 to $125,000 per year.
