We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Technician with a strong VRF background to join a well-established team of professionals servicing the greater Los Angles area. This is an urgent need, and our client is motivated to make an immediate hire! This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of unique projects, like custom, luxury residential homes, while honing your technical skills and abilities along side a team of some of the most talent professionals in the industry!

The ideal HVAC Technician for this opportunity will be a self-starter with a strong background in variable refrigerant flow (VRF), in addition to a solid understanding of HVAC service and maintenance. Experience with systems for large, complex project types is a definite plus!

Qualifications for the HVAC VRF Technician include:

-Highly motivated and a self-starter
-Expertise in Variable Refrigerant Flow principals
-General HVAC systems service and maintenance experience for customs homes, schools, and commercial buildings
-Experience utilizing dispatching and organization software like Service Titan or comparable programs
-Knowledge in controls and wiring for new construction is a plus!

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers competitive pay and great benefits!

The pay range for this position is $30.00-$40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. Overtime is an option with those hours being paid at a rate of time-and-a-half!

For this role, a company vehicle will be provided, and our client will pay a stipend if you prefer to use your personal vehicle! Working hours are generally 8:00am-4:00pm allowing for a great work-life balance, and services areas include Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Monrovia and the San Fernando Valley. Our client is currently working on implementing a 401K program, and will pay qualified candidates additional compensation in lieu of benefits!
