The ideal candidate for this position will be a licensed architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial architectural projects, including at least 3 years of experience at the Project Architect level. They should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an in-depth understanding of building systems and codes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office software is required, along with a Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university.

Qualifications for this Project Architect position include:

-Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to produce complete sets of construction documents and written specifications
-In-depth understanding of building systems and codes
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office software
-Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited college or university
-8+ years of experience in commercial architectural projects
-3+ years of experience at the Project Architect level
-Experience in design and construction of projects greater than $1,000,000
-Experience working directly with clients

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The Project Architect position comes with a competitive salary range of $95,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience, along with an annual bonus of up to 20%!

Our client also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 100% paid healthcare option, dental coverage at 50%, 401k with .40 per dollar up to 4%, paid holidays, and PTO with 6 health days per year.
