We are actively seeking a sales-driven, natural leader with experience in the commercial mechanical industry to fill an immediate opening as an HVAC Service Manager! Our client is a highly respected and growing HVAC company with a reputation for excellence in service and customer satisfaction. The ideal HVAC Service Manager candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of commercial HVAC systems and hands-on experience with service, maintenance, and installation of these systems. The successful Service Manager will be responsible for managing technicians and dispatchers, maintaining our company's reputation, and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications for the HVAC Service Manager include:

-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-3+ years of related experience required.
-Current EPA certification and TDLR registration is required.
-Comprehensive understanding of commercial HVAC systems, including split, mini-split, package, VRF, reciprocating, screw, and centrifugal chillers and heater combinations.
-Knowledge and certification of leading OEM products such as Trane, Carrier, Lennox, American Standard, etc., and current controls technology.
-System load calculations, sizing, configuration, start-up, troubleshooting, etc.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
