We are urgently hiring a Sales Consultant for a high-end kitchen & bath design center in Boulder! This firm prides themselves on providing excellent customer service and helping clients fulfill their remodeling dreams. The Sales Consultant will be focused on high-end brands and plumbing fixtures, hardware, finishes, rough trim, tile, door hardware, cabinet hardware, and decorative hardware. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Sales Professionals, as well as aspiring ones early in their career, as our client has expanded the candidacy for this role to accommodate more junior Salespeople!

The ideal Sales Consultant candidate must be personable, creative, self-motivated, and possess an enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn.

Requirements for the Sales Consultant include:

-Previous sales or industry experience is required.
-Outstanding verbal communication, accuracy, and utmost attention to detail.
-Technical knowledge of decorative plumbing, tile, and door hardware is helpful.
-Must be able to multi-task in a busy and active environment.
-Possess an organized, can-do attitude.

Duties & Tasks:

-Support the team of Senior Specifiers with sales orders, proposals, and servicing clients.
-Work with a variety of clients (retail clients, architects, designers, builders) in the showroom, client offices, and job sites to develop and maintain strong relationships.
-Assess client needs and recommend the most appropriate products to suit their situation.
-Prepare your own proposals and sales orders in Quickbooks to secure sales.
-Prospect for new clients.
-Work with the support team to facilitate the payment of all accounts receivable.
-Attend product knowledge meetings (on-site or off-site) to learn about new products, market conditions, and to build vendor relationships.
-Meet or exceed monthly mutually set sales targets.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers competitive pay and great benefits!

The expected compensation range for a Junior Sales Consultant is $55,000 to $65,000 per year, and the Senior Consultant can expect to earn $85,000 to $100,000 after commissions!
