Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be interacting with clients and other team members on a regular basis.
Qualifications for the HVAC Installer role:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Valid driver's license
-HVAC experience preferred, but not required
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
-Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
-Ability to use hand and power tools
-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!
Our client is offering a competitive salary range of $20.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience level, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation after 90 days, paid holidays, health insurance coverage, free dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and a company cell phone. Additionally, our client offers a Simple IRA with a company match up to 3% and a tool account and tool allowance!
The position also offers additional compensation in the form of commission, and pay frequency is weekly. Candidates will work a 10-hour, 12-hour, or 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with supplemental pay types including commission pay and signing bonuses!
