We have an opportunity for an experienced Construction Superintendent to become an important member of a great team that has been building a portfolio of custom, luxury buildings from Los Angeles’s historic Adams district to the hills of Santa Barbara and Malibu! Our client has developed a reputation over the past three decades for their exceptional work, attention to detail, and ability to take on complex projects ranging from luxury residential estates to beautifully realized and functional commercial spaces! Additionally, all of their projects are local, so this is a great opportunity for a Superintendent to take the next step in their career without experiencing the hassles of constant travel!

The ideal Construction Superintendent candidate for this role is highly motivated with a minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience. They must have excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of construction operations and processes. This candidate should be proactive, able to read blueprints, and have a working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and preferably some experience with a construction software program. They should also have the ability to supervise and manage people and multiple trades concurrently.

Qualifications for the Construction Superintendent position include:

-Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience
-Ability to read blueprints
-Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
-Experience with a construction software program (preferred)
-Ability to supervise and manage people and multiple trades concurrently
-In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes
-Organizational and time-management skills

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our client also offers 401K with match, profit sharing, PTO, and comprehensive health insurance!
