We have a phenomenal opportunity for a licensed Architect to start-up and lead their very own department within an established custom residential and commercial design-build firm in Bradenton! Our client is seeking an Architect to build a department from the ground-up, and this opportunity will provide you with the flexibility to make important decisions, like choosing your own software programs. The ideal Architectural candidate for this role will have experience in residential architecture, with the ability to manage and take projects from concept to construction. They should be a self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing their team. Additionally, they should have experience in hiring support staff and be able to bring in software to streamline the department's processes. This candidate should be able to handle roughly 50 projects a year and have a passion for ground-up, additions, and renovation projects.

Qualifications for this Architectural role include:

-Must be a licensed architect in the state of Florida
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential architecture
-Experience managing a team of architects and support staff
-Ability to manage projects from concept to construction
-Strong communication skills and ability to work in a leadership role
-Experience with ground-up, additions, and renovation projects
-Ability to bring in software to streamline the department's processes

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a competitive salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with great bonus potential.

Their comprehensive benefits package includes 3 weeks of PTO and a 401k with a match at the federal limit of 3%.  The cost of insurance and health benefits for the employee will be offset with additional compensation!
