Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an experienced financial planning and budget management professional to serve as the Highway Capital Program Manager in the Capital Program Development and Management (CPDM) Office. The CPDM Office has oversight and responsibility for all capital projects for the agency. This includes maintaining project management systems and data repositories, policy development and implementation, project reporting, budget development, prioritization, planning, and daily operations to deliver capital projects statewide. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills as well as technical expertise and independent judgement.
