Our client is a leading wood treatment company with almost 70 years of industry experience and over 600 employees that span the entire nation!

The ideal Safety Supervisor candidate for this position is someone with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in environmental, health, and safety within a manufacturing environment. This candidate must have the ability to administer safety programs and manage compliance control and reporting with Federal, State, and Local environmental and safety regulations, as well as  possess OSHA 30 General Industry Certification.

Qualifications for the Safety Supervisor include:

-Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or equal experience
-3 years progressively responsible experience in Environmental, Health and Safety within a manufacturing facility
-Demonstrated skills in problem solving, Environmental Health & Safety process improvement and OSHA compliance programs, Workers' compensation, and Health & Safety training
-Previous work experience with environmental compliance that includes SARA, Clean Air Act, POTW, RCRA, SWPPP, CERCLA, and NPDES
-OSHA 30 General Industry Certified

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a salary of $75,000-$90,000, supplemented by a bonus of up to 15% annually, as well as profit sharing.

This opportunity also comes with an attractive benefits package that includes a 401k with 3% match, 80% employer covered medical, dental, and vision insurance with BCBS, PTO and paid personal days.

Relocation will be offered to qualified  candidates!
