Our client is the owner's representative for multiple school districts throughout California, including the SF bay, Oxnard, Arcadia, and Sacramento. We are seeking a highly qualified individual to manage a team of Project Managers, with experience in engineering, construction, or architecture. The ideal Construction Executive candidate will have experience with the DSA (Division of the State Architect) and previous school construction experience. Additionally, you must be fully vaccinated and have the ability to travel daily to local client sites.

Qualifications for the Senior Construction Executive include:

-Bachelor's degree
-10 years of construction experience
-Experience managing teams of PM
-Full Vaccination
-Ability to travel daily t o sites within California

Typical job duties for the Construction Executive will be:

-Organize and advise in prequalification and selection of architects and project professionals
-Review proposed work for impacts to surrounding residents, existing school programs, and school operations
-Assist in reviewing project design drawings for constructability issues, value engineering, change orders, and overall project progress
-Monitor construction budget and schedule for adherence to plan
-Identify potential cost and schedule impacts and report to management
-Evaluate contractor's progress in meeting obligations and ensure timely implementation
-Secure contractor list of on-site subcontractors and review trade work for quality of installation
-Verify contractor's updating of As-Built Drawings

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

This Senior-Level Executive role comes with an attractive salary range of $165,000 to $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience!
