This role is to provide assistance to the Quality Leader supporting and coordinating advanced manufacturing technologies and production. Responsibilities include but not limited to process and complete documentation requests, manage the document control system and update various logs, prepare quality management metrics, review and publish procedures, forms, logs, test plans, test reports, etc., and manage non-conformance reporting.

Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience with Quality in an ISO 9001 certified quality management system or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of document control systems, tools, methods and concepts applicable to quality management, assurance and control.
• Experience using with E2 Jobboss2 and associated logs.
• Certifications with Agile, Atlassian Jira or other project management software.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of software with emphasis on charts/graphs and ability to work with spreadsheets.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001 certification process and standards.
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
• US citizen.

• Demonstrated experience with lab environments and adherence to lab policies and procedures.
• Experience in interacting with design engineers and other technical personnel.

• Ability and flexibility to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• Effective verbal communication skills with team members at all levels.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Focus and attention to detail is critical.


Special Instructions to Applicants

A federal court on December 7, 2021, issued a ruling that suspends the COVID-19 vaccine requirement that applies to federal contractors nationwide. With this development, the University will pause any enforcement action against employees who have not complied with the requirement to be fully vaccinated by Dec. 8, 2021 or to have requested an exemption to maintain their employment status.
