We are urgently hiring an Architectural Project Manager to fill an immediate need within an award-winning, passionate design firm in Salt Lake City with a team of over 90 professionals! They specialize in providing functional, beautiful, sustainable, and future-focused projects in various sectors, including Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12 Education, Recreation, Civic and Justice, and Corporate Office Spaces.

The ideal Architectural Project Manager candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture with at least 7 years of experience in architecture. They should have excellent verbal and communication skills, be self-driven, and have the flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple projects in various stages of development.

Qualifications for the Architectural Project Manager role include:

-Bachelors or Masters of Architecture required
-7+ years of experience in architecture
-Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture, SketchUp, and LEED AP
-Experience managing others in  collaborative team environment
-Excellent verbal and communication skills
-Self-driven with flexibility to focus on a single client or multiple projects
-Knowledge of building codes

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client has opened candidacy for this position to professionals at all levels in their career, and offers a wide salary range of $80,000-$140,000 per year with a bonus that generally equates to 2-3 weeks of salary!

They also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401k after one year based on earnings, with last year being 7%, 2-3 weeks of PTO per year, 65% medical coverage after 90 days, and a $1500 relocation package for qualified candidates that require relocation assistance.

Our client's employees enjoy additional flexibility with two schedules to choose from, one from 8-5 for five days, and another with four longer days, a short Friday, and alternating Fridays off!
