This position assists test engineers with production process documentation, test procedures, failure analysis, production support, and workstation setup. 

 

Requirements

 

  • Creates and maintains test fixturing and documentation
  • Helps engineers in various tasks including designed experiments, failure analysis, design for manufacturability (DFM) reports, test procedures, process improvements, and test fixture setup.
  • Provides production support to resolve defects and improve processes
  • Reviews document packages and assists in product quotes

Job Skills 

  • Basic level computer skills including Microsoft Office and CAD
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Work independently and in a team environment 
  • Troubleshoot defects in a production environment
  • Moderate level of attention to detail

Education

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • Associate degree or vocational/technical degree in the electronics field (preferred)
  • 1 – 3 years related work experience (preferred)

Physical Requirements

Typical office environment with occasional exposure to light manufacturing environment. 

 

 It is understood that certain minimum requirements are not tested for but monitored for competent capability during the employee’s indoctrination period.
