The ideal Project Architect candidate for our client is experienced with Healthcare projects and has a passion for producing creative, sustainable designs. You should be a strong communicator with superior technical design skills and a thorough understanding of healthcare construction technologies. As an ideal candidate, you should be comfortable working under indirect supervision and possess effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style. You should be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and enjoys spending time outside of your comfort zone acquiring new skills.

Qualifications for this Project Architect position include:

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
-5+ years of healthcare architectural experience
-Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems, and site requirements
-Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000, commensurate with experience, and includes the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Additionally, our client provides health insurance options based on individual needs, and they encourage a healthy work-life balance.
