Our client, a reputable and trustworthy multi-dimensional corporation that has been in business for more than 17 years, is urgently seeking an experienced Director of Construction. The ideal Director candidate will be responsible for overseeing large-scale projects and capital improvements while working with the project planning team to plan project scope and design. Our client's goal is to provide exceptional service to all clients no matter how big or small the project may be.

The ideal candidate for the Director of Construction position will have at least ten years of construction experience, including project management roles. They should possess commercial construction management experience, preferably a mix of ground-up and remodels. Our client is looking for someone with business development and hands-on experience to communicate and work with clients to understand their needs and provide updates. Additionally, the construction director should have experience obtaining permits and working closely with government/city agencies.

Qualifications for the Director of Construction position include:

-10+ years of construction experience, including project management roles.
-Commercial construction management experience, preferably a mix of ground-up and remodels.
-BD and hands-on experience to communicate and work with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
-Experience obtaining permits and working closely with government/city agencies.
-Budgeting, estimating, some site visits to oversee PMs.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The Director of Construction position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits our client offers include 60% employer-paid health insurance for employees, 15 days paid vacation, a bonus package of 4-5% based on performance management, and 401k with a 3% match, eligible after one year.
