Our client is urgently seeking a Construction Estimator to join their team in Buffalo! With over 70 years of experience, our client is one of America's largest privately held real estate companies, boasting a portfolio of over 800 properties in 40 states, including retail, office, industrial, hotel, residential, and landholdings. They have engineered impressive growth through innovation, insight, and determination, and are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment for their employees.

The ideal Construction Estimator candidate should have a construction-related degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience, with 2 to 5 years of commercial estimating experience preferred. They should have an analytical and problem-solving mentality, strong planning and organizational skills, and be capable of multitasking with meticulous attention to detail within time constraints. The Construction Estimator should be a team player, self-motivated, and able to get along well with employees at all levels in the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

The ideal Construction Estimator will have the following qualifications:

-Construction Management, or other Construction Related Degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience is preferred.
-2+ years of commercial estimating experience preferred, with a general contractor or developer.
-Analytical and problem-solving mentality
-Team player, self-motivated, gets along well with employees at all levels in the organization.
-Capability to plan, prioritize and multitask with meticulous attention to detail within time constraints.
-Strong and effective written and verbal skills.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client offers competitive compensation, with a salary range of $55,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition, they provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K (John Hancock) with a 3% match for 6% put in, 12 days of PTO to start, and paid holidays.
