We have an immediate need for a Construction Manager with custom residential building experience! We are urgently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Custom Residential Construction Project Manager to join their team. The ideal Construction Manager candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in custom residential construction and a proven track record of success. They must have close attention to detail, the ability to visualize where pieces fit together, and how each decision will impact the final outcome. Additionally, the candidate must love the challenges of building and have extensive knowledge of Florida building code and concrete block construction.
Qualifications for the Construction Manager include:
-Custom residential experience is a must-have

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!
The salary for this position is $70,000-$80,000 base and generous bonuses based on performance and project completion.
Additional benefits offered by our client include: $500 per month for car allowance, gas card, company cell phone, 401k with 3% match after a year, and 100% paid health insurance premium for the employee after 90 days.
