Our client is urgently hiring for a Construction Project Manager! They are a global media company and the largest owner and operator of bowling entertainment centers worldwide. They are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee day-to-day construction activities, project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, compliance, and quality standards. The ideal Construction Project Manager candidate for this role will have experience managing multiple large-scale commercial renovation or food and beverage related projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail, deadlines, and budgeting. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong supervisory and team-building skills. Knowledge of OSHA regulations, ADA requirements, current building codes, and contract documents is a must.
 

Travel is estimated to be 50-70%, and candidates should live within an hour of a major airport. Projects will be spread all across the Southeastern US!
 

Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager role:

-Knowledge of commercial construction management, particularly on large scale builds and remodels both in newer and older buildings with mixed use.
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize
-Strong attention to detail and deadlines
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimating
-Strong supervisory and team building skills
-Knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations, ADA requirements, current building codes, and contract documents
-Live within an hour form a major airport, and have the ability to travel 50-70% of the time for projects.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a great salary range for this position of $100,000- $160,000 commensurate with experience. Their comprehensive  benefits package includes health insurance with a portion covered by the company, 2-3 weeks of PTO, 401k with the ability to buy company stock at a 15% discount, and a target bonus of 10% of base salary!
