The ideal Construction Foreman candidate for this position will have experience managing subcontractors on residential projects, with a focus on quality workmanship and timely completion. They will have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a good understanding of the construction process. The candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once. Additionally, they should be able to work collaboratively with the owner and project manager to ensure that each project is completed to the client's satisfaction.

Qualifications for the Construction Foreman:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints
-Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Experience managing subcontractors
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Knowledge of residential construction processes

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a competitive salary range of $60,000-$75,000 per year, with a company truck provided for transportation to and from job sites. Employees will also be eligible for health insurance, with the option to purchase additional coverage. Paid time off will be available after 6 months of employment, and a bonus may be possible based on performance.
