Our client is currently hiring for a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Job Captain to join their team in Clarksville, Tennessee.  Our client guarantees no shortage of work and the chance to work on significant, long-term projects, as they are partnering with several developers to build and create a brand-new town from the ground-up! The ideal Architectural Job Captain candidate will be passionate about design, a team player, and detail-oriented, possessing strong technical skills and written and verbal communication skills. Project experience can be varied, but the Job Captain in this role will be given the task of working on commercial, healthcare, retail, residential, and other types of buildings!

Qualifications for the Architectural Job Captain position:

-Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
-6+ years of professional architecture experience
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Building Codes
-Experience in technical production, developing full construction documents, detailing, code review
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to coordinate with the team developing design concepts from early phase through design development
-Ability to provide project team coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction
-Ability to prepare meeting minutes and generate 3D models for design and spatial studies

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $110,000 per year, commensurate with relevant experience.
