The ideal Civil Engineer candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with 2-15 years of experience in commercial and residential land development. The Civil Engineer candidate should have a strong background in site design and be competent in all aspects of site engineering, including site layout, site grading, stormwater analysis, water and sanitary sewer utilities, and erosion control. The Civil Engineer should be proficient in using AutoCAD, including Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess effective leadership skills and be able to supervise a team of project engineers and technicians.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
-2-15 years of experience in land development for commercial and residential projects
-Registration as a Professional Engineer preferred, EIT and non-licensed candidates will be considered
-Demonstrated knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, practices, and methods
-Proficiency using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite
-Demonstrated ability to gather, organize, and analyze engineering data and make comprehensive reports
-Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage a variety of engineering functions
-Ability to lead an engineering team
-Effective written and verbal communication skills

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 for a design-level engineer and up to $120,000 for a Civil Project Manager-level candidate.
