Their team of diverse professional engineers, planners, researchers, and software developers work collaboratively to provide the best solutions to their clients.

The ideal Transportation Construction Manager candidate for this position will have at least ten years of experience leading Construction Management projects within the Washington Metropolitan Area. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining all relevant documentation, supervising a team of construction inspectors, developing new business, and coordinating between the construction contractor, the inspectors, and DDOT stakeholders. You should have exceptional leadership skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and the ability and desire to operate professionally in a team environment. If you have a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, a P.E. in DC, and experience working with DDOT projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Qualifications for the idea Transportation Construction Manager:

-B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
-P.E. in DC, VA, or MD required
-10+ years of construction management experience in Virginia, Maryland, or DC
-Exceptional leadership skills
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Ability and desire to operate professionally in a team environment
-Experience working DDOT projects
-Experience working VDOT and MDOT projects (desired)

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

This position offers an excellent salary range of $175,000-$225,000 plus discretionary bonus!
