The ideal Construction Superintendent candidate for this position should have experience in custom home construction and be able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously. They should be able to coordinate subcontractors, ensure that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. They should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to manage customer and subcontractor relations.

Qualifications for the Construction Superintendent position include:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent for custom, luxury residential homes
-Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
-Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
-Experience with scheduling, quality assurance, and project management
-Experience with coordinating subcontractors and vendors
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary for this position is $120,000-$130,000, commensurate with experience.
