Our client is urgently seeking a Project Architect who is a dynamic and experienced professional with a minimum of eight years of experience in the role. The ideal Project Architect candidate should be results-oriented, comfortable leading and managing teams, and possess excellent design, project management, and communication skills. They should have a track record of producing quality work, as well as be passionate about architecture and design. The Project Architect candidate should be willing to take ownership and responsibility for their work and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications for this Project Architect role:

-A graduate of architecture school holding a 5-year B.Arch or M.Arch degree
-A minimum of 8 years of full-time architecture experience, including 2+ years as Project Architect leading teams in design and CD production and Contract Administration.
-Strong English verbal and presentation skills
-Excellent spatial, visual, and analytic skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Project, Photoshop, and 3D modeling software
-Understanding of building codes and zoning regulations

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client offers a competitive compensation package that includes a salary range of $90,000-$115,000, commensurate with professional experience.
