We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to join their team for this immediate need!
 

The ideal HVAC Service Manager candidate for this position should have at least 5 years of experience in the HVAC service industry, and have proven experience in sales and account management. The successful candidate should be able to lead and mentor a team, and have excellent communication skills. The candidate should also be proficient in the use of MS Office and Excel, and experience with in-office software for tracking service orders is a plus.
 

Qualifications for this HVAC Service Manager opportunity:

-5+ years of experience in the HVAC service industry
-Proven experience in sales and account management
-EPC Type II license required
-Proficient in the use of MS Office and Excel
-Experience using in-office software for tracking service orders
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Outgoing personality with the ability to take constructive criticism
-Ability to lead and mentor a team
-Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client offers a competitive base salary of $60,000-$90,000, with a bonus structure based on annual sales that could net you up to $150,000 for the year!
