Our client, a well-established architecture firm in New York City, is seeking skilled and talented Intermediate Architects to join their team! With a broad range of current projects, including office interior renovations, residential amenities, and apartment interior renovations, the ideal candidates should be experienced, well-organized, self-motivated, and design-oriented. Our client is committed to providing a creative, collaborative, and inclusive workplace, making them a great company to work for.

The ideal Intermediate Architect candidate should have a degree in Architecture, either a 5-year B.Arch or M.Arch, and at least 4 years of professional experience in project management, leadership roles, and CD production. Candidates should also possess excellent spatial, visual, and analytic skills, along with strong verbal and presentation skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software is required, as well as a good understanding of building codes and zoning. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Project and Photoshop is preferred.

Qualifications for the Intermediate Architect position include:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
-4+ years of experience in project management, leadership roles, and construction document production
-Strong verbal and presentation skills in English
-Excellent spatial, visual, and analytic skills
-Excellent AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Project and Photoshop
-Understanding of building codes and zoning

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary and Benefits for this opportunity include:

-Base salary of $70,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience
