The ideal Master Plumber candidate for this position must hold a current Illinois State Plumber License and have a St. Louis Plumbers License in good standing. They must also possess a strong work ethic, be a lifelong learner with a growth mindset, and take personal ownership of their career development. Additionally, the Master Plumber must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team to provide the best possible product for our residents.

Qualifications for this Master Plumber role:

-Current Illinois State Plumber License and a St. Louis Plumbers License in good standing
-Expertise in code compliance plumbing standards and the ability to mentor licensed plumbing apprentices

-Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the team
-Consistent attendance and a valid driver’s license is required

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a salary range of $40.00 to $45.00 per hour, with additional benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K retirement account with company matching up to 4% of base salary, holiday pay, and vacation pay after an initial period of employment.
