Our client, a well-known construction firm that has been in operation for 40 years, has an immediate need for a Construction Project Manager to join their team! This firm specializes in high-end, custom homes renovations ranging from $200k to $500k, and ground-up projects that exceed $2 million! Their well-rounded clientele list also includes smaller commercial and retail clients, as well.  All work is based in Connecticut, with no overnight travel required, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to work in a stable, local environment!

This experienced Construction Project Manager will have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and will have at least five years of experience managing subcontractors. While SAGE experience is a plus, any experience with Project Management software is acceptable as they will adopt the software you are most comfortable with!

The ideal Construction Project Manager will possess the following qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with custom residential homes, but candidates with production home experience will be considered
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Experience managing subcontractors
-SAGE experience is a plus
-Proficiency in Project Management software
-Excellent budget management skills
-Strong material ordering, scheduling, and pay approval skills
-Expertise in inspections, permitting, punch lists, and client final walk-throughs

The salary and benefits provided by our client include:

-Competitive salary range or $85,000-$110,000 per year
-$450 per month single coverage allowance for health insurance
