The ideal candidate for this Plumbing Service Manager position will have at least five years of experience in a plumbing service management role and possess strong leadership skills and experience managing teams. They should be results-driven, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality plumbing services to customers. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications for the Plumbing Service Manger role:

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The Service Manager position comes with a competitive salary range of $70k - $95k after bonuses, depending on experience. In addition to paid vacation, our client also offers a monthly health insurance stipend, and a 401k with a company match up to 3% after one year of employment. The Service Manager will be provided with a gas/mileage reimbursement and will use their own personal vehicle for company business.
