Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Utilities Engineer to be responsible for processing and inspection of Utility Franchise, Permits and Agreements associated with the accommodation, installation and maintenance of utilities within the state right of way. The Utilities Engineer will provide support to the Project Accommodation Engineer on WSDOT Projects. This position is essential for the project delivery of WSDOT projects by coordinating the relocation of existing utilities in order deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.
