Our client is urgently hiring for a Controls Engineer to join their team. The ideal Controls Engineer candidate for this role is a self-starter who is motivated and has strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. They should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automation industry or controls programming, with a proven knowledge of manufacturing and controls systems, specifically in automation systems or robotic equipment.

Qualifications for this Controls Engineer role:

-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related education
-5+ years of experience in automated industry or controls programming
-PLC programming experience in Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and ProFace; CAD drafting and experience with Python and structured text a plus
-Ability to read and draw control schematics and understand hardware engineering
-Strong skills in organization, communication, troubleshooting, and prioritizing time and resources
-Self-starter and self-motivated
-Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and changing work environment
-Proficiency in all Office 365 applications
-Valid driver's license and authorized to work in U.S.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary range: $75,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience
