Our client is a full-service site development company located in Land O' Lakes, Florida, and they are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Underground Utilities Estimator with experience in storm drain, sewer and waterline construction.

The ideal Estimator candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, including experience working for a site work contractor bidding on private and DOT projects ranging from $5 million to $15 million dollars.

The Underground Utilities Estimator should posses the following qualifications:

-Experience bidding projects ranging from $5 million to $15 million dollars
-Ability to estimate the work and price for labor, equipment, and material costs
-Working knowledge of all construction project phases
-Ability to produce accurate estimates from conceptual and schematic drawings
-Ability to produce detailed, final contract estimates
-Ability to identify construction risks/site exposures and analyze costs
-Ability to recognize constructability issues through the estimating process
-Current or past experience in Florida is required
-Working experience on Agtek

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 per year, with benefits that include 401(k) matching, dental insurance, Major Medical health insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, paid time off, and vision insurance. The schedule will be Monday to Friday, with options for 10 hour or 8 hour shifts, day shifts.
