Our client is an internationally ranked architecture and engineering firm seeking an Electrical Engineer Department Manager for their Toledo office.

The Electrical Engineering Manager position is a critical leadership role in our client's electrical department. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a professional engineering environment and a PE license in good standing. They should have a strong ability to lead teams of engineers, designers, or other technical personnel, as well as serve as a subject matter expert for the technical design of complex projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Registered Professional Engineering (PE) license in good standing
-Relevant professional or technical background with 8 or more years of engineering experience in a professional environment
-Experience leading teams of engineers, designers, or other technical personnel in a design environment
-Working knowledge of the NFPA 70 National Electrical Code
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
-NCEES record

The salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 a year commensurate with experience. In addition, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.
