Our client is seeking a Lead Architect/Architectural Designer to join their forward-thinking boutique Design and Build firm in Fort Collins, CO. Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional service and uses a unique combination of artistry, architectural design, high character, and a personal touch to create truly inspiring and functional homes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of lead experience in the architectural design field, be fluent in Revit, and have a passion for residential design. They will be responsible for leading the project from start to finish, overseeing all aspects of the job from working with clients to managing the build team. This role has potential for advancement to team manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-5+ years of lead experience in architectural design
-Fluency in Revit

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

SALARY RANGE & BENEFITS:

-$85,000-$110,000 salary commensurate with experience
-Health insurance
