Our client, a reputable civil engineering firm established in Winter Park, Florida, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join their team. With a portfolio of high-profile projects, our client provides civil engineering, surveying, and planning services throughout the Central Florida region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent land development projects, utilizing a combination of project management and design using Civil 3D. The candidate will have experience in project coordination from inception to completion, including due diligence, planning, entitlements, civil engineering design, and construction administration support. The candidate will also have experience in preparing and overseeing civil engineering designs and project management tasks, as well as providing leadership and guidance to project engineers and design technicians.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field
-Florida Professional Engineering license
-Minimum 10 years' progressive experience in design and management of land development projects
-Effective oral and written communication skills
-Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
-Highly organized with good time management skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, StormCAD, ICPR, HEC-RAS and other engineering design software

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client offers a competitive salary ranging from $125,000 to $140,000 base, with a discretionary bonus, and an extensive benefits package, including a 401k with a 3% match, 17 days PTO (flexible), monthly massage therapist, and lunches.
