Our client is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Designer to join their dynamic and growing team. With over 18 years of experience providing architectural services to the Chicagoland area, they take pride in their ability to provide clients with the right design solutions that fit their unique needs. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, and contribute to the success of their projects and clients.
 

The ideal candidate is a degreed architect with 3-7 years of experience, preferably in municipal and educational projects, but open to all candidates who can bring a passion for design and a commitment to excellence to their team.
 

Requirements:
*0-7 years of Architectural experience
*Minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Architecture
*Excellent communication skills
*High Proficiency in AutoCAD
*Experience with Revit is a plus
*Experience with SketchUp and Vray is a plus
*Experience with Construction Documents and detailing is a plus
*Experience with public bidding projects is a plus
*An eagerness to grow as an Architect
 

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!
 

Salary: $55,000-$85,000 commensurate with experience.
 

Benefits include a 4/1 hybrid schedule with the option to pick a day to work from home, summer hours with half-day Fridays, a matching 401k plan, health insurance coverage for 2/3 of the premium, 15 days of paid time off, 10 paid holidays, and flexible start times between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
