An award-winning boutique architecture firm with a focus on modern design is seeking a Project Architect to join their team. They offer full-service design solutions in various genres including residential, commercial, interiors, retail, restaurant, and hospitality. Their passion lies in creating aesthetically stunning and environmentally responsible projects that consistently deliver added value to our clients.
 

The ideal Project Architect is a design professional with at least 2-5 years of experience in the field and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Master's Degree preferred. They should be licensed or on a licensure track. Strong technical proficiency in assembling construction documents and proficiency in software programs such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office. They should have a strong design proficiency demonstrated in their portfolio and the ability to visually communicate design ideas through graphics and renderings. Requirements & Responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity include:
 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited school
• 2-5+ years of experience in the profession
• Experience with retail/restaurant/commercial design
• Strong technical proficiency in construction document assembly
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and other modeling software programs
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Complete architectural design tasks from concept to construction administration
• Participate in conceptual design proposals and make material and finish selections
• Visual communication of design ideas through drawings, sketches, renderings, and presentations
• Provide design support and documentation for projects
• Manage and collaborate with outside consultants and product representatives
• Direct client contact and responsibility for project deliverables
• Work with General Contractors and firm leadership on project designs

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $100,000 -  $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
