A small and dynamic engineering firm of 7 is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer. They provide complete engineering design and construction administration services for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for commercial and residential projects.
 

The ideal Senior Electrical Engineer will be a PE-licensed professional with 5+ years of experience in the electrical engineering design field. Additionally, experience with Assistance and Memory Care Facilities, Hospitality and Lodging, Low-rise and Highrise Mixed-Use Occupancies, Multi-family Developments, Retail, Restaurants, and Food Service.
 

Requirements & Responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Engineer opportunity include:
 

• US Citizenship or Permanent Residents (or valid work visa)
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, PE license preferred
• 5+ years of experience in electrical design for commercial and residential buildings
• Knowledge of NEC and building and energy codes
• Experience in power, lighting design and control, communication, and fire alarm systems
• Reviewing specifications, RFIs, and shop drawings and submittals
• Coordinating infrastructure with power and communication utilities
• Strong drafting skills in Autodesk AutoCAD and REVIT
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Production-oriented, able to multitask and prioritize
• Strong work ethics, detail-oriented and quick problem solver
• Ability to attend out-of-office meetings and perform site visits

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $80,000 -  $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

The benefits package offered is a flexible/hybrid schedule, 401k with a 4% match, 2 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks of sick time, and a bonus based on profits and performance.
